Considering the Schalke-draw double chance @ 1.6 tonight, they're a good side at home and Man United keep it tight in away Champions league legs. I can't see a MU win, and though Schalke have won all their European home matches this season, this will be their toughest match.

Wolves have a poor away record and Stoke have a decent home record.. but in terms of last-six form, Wolves slightly edge it with two wins, two draws and two losses, whilst Stoke are on one win, three draws, and two losses. Wolves need the points, and Stoke are pretty much safe. The draw looks a decent bet @ 3.50, might go for that and pair it up with the Schalke bet.

I was considering this aswell, however to my memory i dont think UTD have lost away from home in europe this season, i know Schalke good at home, im thinking of going with score draw.

Rooney and Raul to score is 8-1 at WH

United's away games in the CL:
Valencia 0-1 Utd
Bursaspor 0-3 Utd
Rangers 0-1 Utd
Marseille 0-0 Utd
Chelsea 0-1 Utd

And as Wholey's just mentioned, they've not conceded on the road this season.
Small stakes for interest on:
Under 1.5 goals @ 2/1
And dutch of 0-0 and 0-1 @ which works out at just under 3/1.

£5 on draws in Shalke and Stoke tonight.

Almost £60 back on Victor Chandler if it happens, good return from 2 tight games.

Going to go against the grain here and put Over 2.5 goals out there. Not so much because I think it is a banker, but 7/5 (bet365) is big enough to get involved.

On that pitch we are likely to see Raul, Rooney, Hernandez, Nani, etc. Few players who are certainly worth a goal when needed. I'd think Man U would be pleased with a 0-0 but can see Schalke wanting to score.

Can't see it coming but in my view there's more value in overs at 7/5 than unders at 1/2.

I've gone with:

Queen of the south
Elgin
£1-£11.02

and might go with CL bet, however might stay clear!

I recon Hernandez might get a goal though!

Took this and as a few posted above about a clean sheet, United to win to nil. Nice little profit tonight, couldn't post on my mobile, nice one lads.

Hulk wincast on Thursday is 9/4 with BetFred.

All over that. Even though Falcao's been the main Porto goalscorer in the EL this season, Hulk is in unbelievable form this season with over 30 goals so far.

Up against a Villarreal defence that looks very weak without Gonzalo back there. Hulks power and pace will really trouble that back line. Porto will win the game and there'll be goals here. Porto will attack in numbers and counter attack quickly and Hulk will lead that.

9/4 is far too tempting.

Villarreal have struggled a lot against pace recently and with Marchena and Musacchio not the quickest I really fancy this.

I don't think it will be a high scoring game. Madrid have shown that they now know they cannot play open expansive football against Barca, they are playing to contain them and nick a goal, as in the cup final.

Its such a tough one to call, but Mourinho has stopped them from scoring from open play for two games now, i think he may have found Real a way to play against them.

I fancy Real to win in a low scoring games, 1-0 or 2-1.

Gonna put the fiver on another double at the weekend I think. Us and Man Utd maybe. Any better ideas from the lower leagues guys?

Scunthorpe (-1.5) is normally a good bet

They've covered that in 42% of their victories this season.

I've looked at the usual suspects on twitter today and it would seem that backing RM to keep a clean sheet or backing RM to have the most corners is the way tonight.

Me? I'm going to be crying that my Mark Selby and David Ferrer (to win the French Open) double is going to go tits up. Damn you Stuart Bingham and damn you Paddy you bastard (though best of luck against Trump).

A similar stat to the one i posted yesterday, Real Madrid's home games in the CL this season:
Real 2-0 Ajax
Real 2-0 Milan
Real 4-0 Auxerre
Real 3-0 Lyon
Real 4-0 Spurs

Real Madrid win to nil @ 4.5
Real Madrid clean sheet @ 3.25

Also a little on Alonso to get booked @ 2.75
Most booked player at Real , and has been booked twice out of the 3 El Classico's this season.

Had a try at something different for me tonight:

Under 2.5 10-12 corners 4-6 cards
£1-£11

Thinking of throwing a bit of Lyon/marseille double what people recon?
