VdV has scored in every home game for Spurs in the league so far.

Yep, not our type of player though, apparently

Peter Crouch is so incredibly shite.

Funny how he complained about Benitez saying how he never got a run of games blah blah, getting more than a fair chance at Spurs (personally think that Pavyluchenko deserves a starting spot ahead of him) and he's playing absolutely shite even with lots of service from Bale, VdV, Modric and Lennon
These are the days when I hate the world, hate the rich, hate the happy, hate the complacent, the TV watchers, beer drinkers, the satisfied ones. Because I know I can be all of those little hateful things and then I hate myself for realising that.

Bit unlucky really: a good save deserved better than bouncing back off the post and hitting his rump on the way in.

Chelsea score!

Yes! We're 18th!!

Edit - Booooo! No, we're still 19th because we haven't scored as many goals as Wolverhampton Wanderers. ::)
I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.

It is nuts seeing them so high up the table, but they do play a decent brand of football. Fair play to Di Matteo, long may it last.

I would actually love to see that. He looks like a great boss. But I have my reservations. If he can replicate it again next season no doubt he deserves a shot. But he might be a one-season wonder

He's only on a one year rolling contact at the moment and can see him staying at West Brom for at least another season to prove himself in the Prem if they keep getting the results. All down to how much money their Chairman will invest in the squad in Jan though i imagine

but if West Ham lose, we'd probably stay in the bottom 3 even with a win against Blackburn tomorrow... (barring a massive change in GD)

Yup even if it's a draw game against newcastle we will still be in the bottom 3. Westham need a win and we need a win to get out of the bottom 3.

yep  - low scoring win for West Ham (say by a single goal) coupled with a win for us tomorrow, is the only way we can get out of the relegation zone..

Not the only way. If we beat Blackburn by 3 goals, we'd go above them on goal difference.
