Should I give the eBay listing a swerve then? Checked his feedback and seems like a bunch of other people were happy with the shirts they bought off him.

Sportsdirect might sell cheap shirts but their international shipping is insane. £40 to the US! And I don't think they deliver to the Philippines. :P

Like a lot of things with eBay, it's buy at your own risk so it's really upto you ;D

Was you thinking about the DON'T BUY THE SUN tee from Sam Dodds?

Yes. I thought it was really tacky that.

If the item turns up at my place and it's a fake, would I be able to ask for a refund through PayPal?

Well if it says it's real and it's fake, technically it's faulty.

Just message them and ask if it is authentic and official. If they say yes, then it turns out not to be, then they've mis-sold. Completely against eBay rules. Make sure you keep the correspondence though

Ordered from www.jomzajung.com a few times. dead cheap and if they're fake nobody would be able to tell. Think they've been mentioned on here a few times, but well worth a go!

10 quid a shirt aswell

just curious, do Sam Dodds and Hat Scarf or a Badge have the rights/license to print all these pictures onto their shirts and things?  like for example are you legally using Brazil's badge on that lucas shirt?  have you gotten permission for that?  or all those pictures of Lucas or Luis Suarez or anyone else, or even the barclay's premier league logo/patch; are the rights to use those pictures for the purpose of printing and selling merchandise and making profit paid for and permitted by the rights owners?  or using copyrighted pictures of kenny to print on your scarves and then sell?  boss as they are, i'm not sure i'm comfortable buying something which has prints on it that the printer had no license to use.

I have a WC2010 Spain kit with Alonso 14 and the badges on, and it's near perfect. I'd normally swerve places like that, but honestly after hearing reviews on here, and buying from them myself it is spot on. I think his most up to date site is www.amazingkit.com (think he gets shut down every few weeks and then opens up again under a different name).

Me and my mates have used Jomzajung/Bestway4u/amazing kit/whatever he calls himself a few times and have never had a problem. Takes about 2/3 weeks to turn up but you won't be disappointed.

Why would you not be comfortable buying the products if there is no license? You're not going to have the SWAT team turn up at your door if you do.
