H&G's lawyers haven't turned up

I bet, yet more stalling tactics.  Case should be thrown out of court, the obnoxious twat is wasting thousands of pounds in tax payers money.

If Hick's spokesman has said he hasnt sold his shares to Mill, then that's a good enough reason to assume he has actually sold them.

Tom will drag the issue's regarding his $1.6bn compensation for his hurt feelings through court after court after court, over the course of months, if not years.

Tom hasn't got years of stress left in him, and his son is a fucking idiot.  Fuck em, let them die and fade into the background.

Think the Lawyers would be waiting at the courthouse in Texas, complete with yesterdays judgement, and the RBS contract. And all these little other pieces of paperwork. Or indeed doing it via video link now.

Think the board are holed up in someones office with an RBS rep, and JWH.

to be honest if they can lift the US injuction the board should have its meeting on the way out the steps and sell the club. Then a texan 2nd injunction would have no effect. I dont know why they didnt organise the timings so it could be done at 10 am when the yank courts were shut!

The point that all of the journalists (including Peston) have missed is that there is (so we're lead to believe) a legally binding contract between LFC (Kop Holdings) and NESV.

I've been at pains to point this out to people since Monday when the Lim story broke. Neither Mill Financial nor Lim can trump the deal with NESV if it has been ratified, signed and exchanged by the LFC (Kop Holdings) board. We have a High Court ruling from yesterday which effectively endorses the actions of the Board in going through that legal process.

I'm afraid Mr H, Mr G and Mill that the boat sailed on Tuesday last week. Once the sale documents were validly exchanged you lost your right to redeem the RBS loan.

a UK court can not lift a TRO issued in Dallas.  They still need the Dallas court to lift the TRO.

No, he just looked profesional, simple as that, he wasn't going to say anything to interesting before entering the court, i wouldn't worry.

sorry, you are right there but the court can rule that the injunction doesnt supercede yesterday's ruling. RBS wont ignore or act in contempt of the texan ruling for fear of their assets there being seized.

It is claimed that H&G tried at the Dallas injunction appeal to make sure that it could be contested in the High Court in London. But the Texas judge did not agree to that, Sachin texts from outside court 18
