Maybe Rafa got a message to Roy and is still picking our line up's
Babel needs games if he's ever going to turn into quality. I compare this guy with Nani. Both seemingly worthless, except the latter got given a lot of games after he was dropped for being shite.
I doubt Roy sees much in training at all. Training is different to a match and you react different. giving a player a sense of "hey you're one of us" and the grantee of games providing the said player remains completely committed to the club and to developing yourself into a great player. He can't show it all on the training pitch Roy. Players are 'made' playing games. My Manc cousin said Berbatov was made against us
but my point is. Nani, Berbatov, Flecher, their Brazilian RB and even Anderson seems to have 'developed' something that Roy knows fuck all about. for as long as i can remember Anderson was absolute shite n couldn't see anything good about him. I watched the Arsenal game and he was the stand out for me. For me there is a trend there and its not just down to luck or bullshit decisions. It's clubs like Barca and and a fair few other La Liga clubs, both Milan's and United that focus on buying near polished gems to raw talent, or from their academy, which yields an almost limitless level of talent/potential and mould those players into the team, one club men..... well with united being a selling club recently, they're still willing to invest in even in an almost unknown talent in ......fuck the name has....Bebe! so who the fuck is Bebe? i don't know, but it's possible i will know in a few years
Lucas has developed nice with Rafa, and since then Roy has relied on him... not looking at the bigger picture and perhaps tinkering positively, and having a real go.... it's like he's just doing it by the book until he gets rescued. The sooner we get Roy out of our managerial position then we can look to move ahead. Finding someone straight away is the hard part, but i think it will happen by the end of Jan and i'm confident that a club with all our prestigious history and it's integrity will simply not allow for this dire situation for too much longer. And anyone saying Dalglish as caretaker is nuts, if we were to get him on a long term deal then yes. We need a manager folks. one with natural will to win. I thi
