wow im not the only weirdo who gets these!
i get these every single night, at first it was terrifying (used to think my bf was trying to suffocate me) now im used to them... i even no how to get out of it, all you do is move your toes and you start coming round.
the problem with me is that this all tied in with me falling asleep of a day without being able to stop myself, also when i laugh my legs buckle, and i cant keep my head up.
started to really affect me, my GP recommended me to the walton centre...turns out ive got Narcolepsy with Cataplexy only just been told a couple of weeks ago! not very pleasant at all but luckily the sleep paralysis is the least of my worries.
The doctor says its because normally a person will sort of 'switch on' when they wake up, well my brain doesnt do this, also this is the reason why i fall asleep cos my brain doesnt 'switch off' at the right time!
so i am a weirdo!
(by the way its not like shameless
)
