i guess you guys dont really understand what the flag means to us. I understand fans are going to do whattever they can to send the most emphatic clear cut message there is.

Is burning the flag supposed to show hatred for American greed or over the top capitalist aims?

I just wish people could use other symbols to show their disgust. I understand that you scousers are probably feeling paint that I can't imagine as they fucking c*nts do their best to ruin your club, and trust me when I say that I am almost ashamed to be American as these money grabbing mother fuckers try to milk as much money as they can out of something so sacred.

I still would hope that you guys could use something other than the flag to show your displeasure.

What if the owners were from GB? Would you burn your own flag or stand up for those that did? What in all that's reasonable in this world does the owners' nationality have to do with anything? You need something to lynch onto to feel a modicum of control - that's what. If you can't comprehend how important a flag is to people from the USA, how can you assume they can 'get over it as it's just a flag'?

I can't remember where I originally read about it. Been looking, and found one or two talking about it. Mentioning that the Union Jack was trampelled on at a BP protest, but can't find an original source. Someone must have seen something somewhere.

No, he just seems happier now for some reason, in the pics from last season, he seemed happy yes, but you could tell there was something nagging at him, you cant in those pics above.

He played a succesful 35 minutes in Spain's last friendly in Murcia last night - scoring after 10 minutes on the pitch, Spains 5th goal .
