Topic: new stadium as compared to the emirates

Our new stadium compared to the Emirates...... one of them is built and one of them isnt.

Im by no means an expert on this subject but looking at that picture a couple of posts up, couldnt we keep anfield, knock down the houses to expand the stands, and build new houses on part of the park for the displaced residents along with some compensation for the pain of being forced to move. They could even live next door to their current neighbours! Wouldnt that be cheaper for the club too?

Newcastle successfully redeveloped their stadium. I was there on sunday, it's fucking awesome looking down from  level 7. Why can't we do it ?

Also, im sure we could extend Anfield to 52,000, but its probably not worth the expense only for an additional 8,000 seats I would guess.
