I do like M&S biscuits but the absolute KING of enrobed biscuits are the chocolate shortbreads from hotel chocolat.

Butter is an absolute necessity on any sandwich, no matter the filling.

Snowballs are the best tunnocks, closely followed by caramel logs.

I once made some coconut biscuits and when I went into the tin it was full of sodding ants! From that day on I have touched any coconut biscuit.

Do you think the coconut invited them over or something? Bin the tin and get more coconut biscuits, they’re the absolute best.

I made coconut and chocolate nyc cookies not long ago and they were amazing. Didn’t involve ants.

Get out.

Thread made me want some nyc cookies so done some coconut, cherry and mixed dark/milk chocolate, portioned and freezing now to bake. They’re great cos you can do a batch of dough and they need to bake from frozen anyway so can be 20 mins away from freshly baked cookies at all times.

CupcakeJemma on YouTube if you wanna make some, they’ve got a billion flavours.

Travelled through Manchester airport last week and was at the baggage scanners listening to the usual shouts of "Any liquids? Makeup? Laptops? iPads?

The staff members looked direct at this one girl who clearly didn't speak English. "Have you got a lighter in your bag?" he shouted in that condescending way they usually do. She nodded in panic then immediately shook her head, clearly not understanding the question, so he handed her another liquids bag and told her to put it in there.

She opened her handbag and, clearly not knowing what she was expected to do, took out five Tunnock's Wafers, placed them in the liquids bag then ran away.
