Liverpool has published a "Charter for 2001/2" on their website.

1) Paragraph 3 states that "The Club does not run any loyalty or membership schemes". How would they classify the Priority Ticketing Scheme then?
2) Paragraph 4 refers to the "International Supporters? Club", the "Football Supporters? Association" and "residents?" - are they unsure of their definitions?
3) The charter seems relatively silent on the methods of selling tickets which, judging from comments and the experiences of last season, seems to be a major concern of supporters.
