jonty I did the tattoo and it was a case of painting over Torres' arm with the same colour and frankly not as half as good as Kit could do it.

The tattoo layer was then ghosted onto the arm so it didn't look like it was plonked on top.

layer styles, visibilities, you can choose full, not full or hidden totally in Photoshop. I did it quickly in Photoshop Elements, an old version which only gives you Full, Hidden or Ghosted which is half way.

They're probably hoping no one in Spain would associate the liverbird with Torres and Liverpool or even recognise the artwork which unfortunately for them but thankfully for us in the form of phoenix knew it straightaway.

If it was someones song they used then you would have no probs in getting some compensation for usage - give them a mail and tell them they are in the wrong - send that pic as proof too - see what you can get. Dont let them fob you off with just not using it again.
