In the middle of a business area and soon to be 'gay village' if proposals go ahead as planned.

And managed very expertly too I understand.

Have booked a table for the Bolton game weekend, when the manager has assured me there will be lots for my boys to be happy about (besides the cosmopolitan 'menu with a healthy twist')

Just the thought of getting into a cab and asking to be taken to Cafe Sports England would put me off going. It just too camp no matter how I say it, I'd sound like Dick Emery.

And Jamie, the name doesnt make sense. They're going to open more if its successful? So, Cafe Sports England Ormskirk? It sounds like a bizzare intelligence test where you have to guess the next word.

I walked past that place on sunday night and looked like there was an opening party or somekind of private party going on. A few Bentleys and other luxury cars in front of the bar, saw Mr Moores giving signatures to fans and a few photographers/paparazzies taking photos.

to be honest i know people wont like the name or that he is in an england kit on the menu, etc, but he is thinking bigger than liverpool here, if this takes off it WILL be rolled out natioannly, hence the england connection.

I am deffo eating there in the near future to see what it is like.

Went today, really unimpressed. Food not that great, especially for the price. Waitresses didn't seem to know what was going on. Like the name of the cocktails on the menu though

Look on the menu on the website, not too bad really; starters about 4/5 quid, Pizza's are about 8/9 quid and main grills are about 12 quidish, most expensive thing is the fillet steak which is 18 quid. Still rather go to Kimos any day of the week!
