To Roger.
No, unfortunatly Horseburger is not near the Stadium. But if you are staying in Ljubljana for more than one day, you'll eventually end up there (near the centre in the park), because near the 'famous' horseburger is a sports-pub called Lepa Zoga where we usually gather. Of course you are all welcomed there.

we're more than used to throwing up after beer - just ask Jon M   ;D

The big question is....Union or Lasko
I've heard that there's a fierce rivalry and you only ever drink one or the other   :lickin

Green Dragons - I think lots of scarf swaps will take place. It happens all the time when we're in Europe. Along with singing and drinking.

Liverpool in Europe is like a big party which is why everyone loves travelling watching the men in Red.

As a courtesy to Olimpijia I'm going to order everyone from this site to drink Union beer. It is only right.

In Holland in Euro2000 I drank with many Slovenia fans - they were the noisiest at the tournament and the fans who had the best time - most stayed at a camp site near the train station in Amsterdam. For the Spain-Slovenia match the whole of the Ajax Arena was shaking as the fans jumped up and down together.

Where do you suggest?

Some are arriving tomorrow and more tuesday and wednesday.

The Liverpool fans normally like to meet/drink in the popular tourist areas and in the street. We like to hang big flags up as well!

I'm going to want a few as well.

Cheers lads for making us welcome. Like Rushian said, I met a load of Slovenian fans in Euro 2000, and they were the nicest but noisest set of fans I've seen. That bouncing up and down they do during games is incredible - had the Amsterdam Arena shaking.

Dan - never knew you were multi-lingual! Welsh, and Slovenian!  :P

Hi Green Dragon, are most of the bars / pubs in town all running along one main St? Any tips on good bars would be good. Do they take euros in the bars?

I think that they will be selling some stuff on the stadium, but I doubt that they will on your part of stadium. If we meet tommorow or before the game, I can buy some for you... and exchange it after the game.
