Where is Ruse?

It's in Borough mate, by London Bridge. I'll be there tomorrow at 5.30 so lets get wired in all about it.

Ruse is on Borough High Street, 7 minutes walk from London Bridge. Turn right out of Borough tube station and it is 100 yards along on the right hand side. www.ruse.uk.com

How big's Ruse? Thinking of heading down tonight. Is 6-6.30 early enough to still get a decent spec?

Right fellas - I'm just off High Street Ken... don't fancy staying in to watch, don't fancy being surrounded by clueless weapons (check me, billy big bollocks) like I was for the Utd match.

Ruse or F3K?

What's the reason for that mate?

Not that i hate it or anything, still boss especially with lots of games going on and stuff but too close to Chelsea territory for my liking and a few whoppers in there too. It was absolutely SUPERB for the arsenal games last year though. It's really close to me though so will get there if I'm running late because Borough is so far away. Decided Ruse for the mancs game and that was a great sing song, a few scousers and not a manc in sight, plus 100% win record in there so far ;D

Walkabout in Finchley Road for me. Although Ruse sounds good for later games as all the LLSC big nobs seem to hang out there, and I'll soon be working saff of the river.

As for anyone slagging off Rafa fuck off and support Chelsea you horrible c*nts

So tempted to head down to the Ruse but every time I watch Chelsea in a pub I tend to get thrown out for exotic language...

Yeah, not been in town too long so never been to either. There were loads of cheers in my local when we beat the Mancs, had to be Chelsea. Really don't want to find myself in some twatting Chelsea pub tonight.

Anyone seen an Us Chelsea game in F3K?

I'm leaning towards there at the mo.

Saw the second leg of the 2008 semi in there. No trouble whatsoever, although they did win that time. Even if there was any trouble, the reds outnumber the blues by far.

Tonight bought a tear to my eye. I asked for a minutes silence in respect for the 96, you could hear the tube trains outside it was that quiet, even the Barca & Bayern fans joined in. Football is not just a sport it is for all Liverpool fans a religion. I am very proud of the way we played tonight, you can't beat the atmosphere at F3K and please if you have a quibble just talk to me.

It's been a year since my move from the King's Road to F3K, I have loved every minute but most of all I have made a lot of friends of a like minded persuasion where football concerned, I am after all a rugby boy.

Hope to see one or two DOZEN of you soon.

I used to head down there religiously, but everytime I have been down there of late we have lost.

Changed screens, rooms, beers and so on, but can't shake the bad luck!
It looks to me as if we have signed another 'average' player. I'll hold back my complete opinion until I see the lad play

How close do you need it to be? I can think of a couple of boozers just off Curzon St which is very close to the Hilton but can't for the life of me think of the names (they are in a little courtyard type place). If you can spare 5 or ten minutes bus/taxi then I know a few around Victoria or Marble Arch that should be showing it.

No worries. Just looked and the area I'm thinking of is Shepherd market, just off Curzon St. Only ever been there at lunchtime and the boozers were a bit old mannish so can't guarentee they would have the game on but I think they would be the closest you'll find.

Edit - Ye Grapes
16 Shepherd Market, W1J 7QQ
Ye Grapes is a handsome old building set in a corner of Shepherd Market, containing an eccentric collection of olde worlde knickknacks creating a cosy sort of feel to the interior. It's been a favourite of the people who work and live around here for a good while now, but, until recently it seemed to have been experiencing something of a decline. Now that negative trend appears to have been reversed. The interior has been repainted and the seats reupholstered, the plentiful staff are attentive and, most importantly, there's decent ale all on all six hand pumps, pretty much all of the time. (Previously, there had been times where there was no beer at all.) The beer is pretty good with a few interesting guests mixed with predictable regulars such as Pride and Doom Bar. For the hungry, there's Thai food available seven days a week and there are a couple of TVs for the sport. We're happy to report the Ye Grapes is pretty much back to how it used to be: a popular, loquacious, vibrant pub - it's what the market needs.

Does anyone know anywhere is Victoria, London showing naughty games, notable the Hull game.

I am working at a wine event tomorrow in Vistoria, but conveniently the session finishes at 2:30pm and the second starts at 5:30pm.

Need a pub asap!
