Met Steve McMahon in my local in Singapore before the Euros. He predicted Poland to win it and said to look out for their striker 'Prosinecki'

Saw Tom Werner outside the ground on matchday.  He'd been buying some things for his daughter who was with him.  Said hello and he asked me if we were going to win.  I fell short of asking him for a fiver!

As he wandered away I noticed a fair few people having photos with him, until someone shouted "Oi Mr Werner, get you hand in your pocket!"   ;D

Have to say though, it was a nice change seeing one of the owners able to walk amongst the fans.  That certainly wasn't possible 2008-2010.

Mancini & Kidd were in St Anthony's church on Scotty Sunday morning. Probably after Divine Intervention before the game. Priest said "May the best team win!" So God called it a draw!

Still never heard of him
He's in pretty much every other movie these days, or so it seems.  A very big movie star indeed by any measure.  Off the top of my head he was in Minority Report, Fright Night, Miami Vice, Alexander, In Bruges, the new remake of Total Recall and lots of stuff I can't remember

I'm sure he was. Might check when I have a minute. Coincidentally it's based on a Philip K Dick short story, as is the remake of Total Recall that he's in (Blade Runner was also from a story by the same author, but our hero wssn't in that)

It was his breakout role. He was the copper who was after Cruise.

He used to live around the corner from me in a two up two down, drive a focus, and that was at the height of his fame. Sound bloke but he was mad for the drink and other stuff.

Well if he is teetotal he's not very good at it. He necked a pint of Stella while standing 6 feet from me in the Leicester Square Wetherspoons. I saw him do it so I wasn't imagining it. Seemed a very nice lad though despite being a lager drinker!
