Mate of mine spotted our Andy out with Joe Hart in es paradis club, Ibiza. Managed to get an autograph for me but the bodyguards covering the VIP section (David Guetta was also in) stopped them even after Andy gave them a mouthful (the guards) So he had to come outside. Top lad

Apparently he's over there with Hendo. Saw pictures of them there on twitter.

Mate of mine on holiday in la manga, Spain bumps into....the king himself. Kenny was with his wife, with what my mate thought was one of his daughters (mate a spurs fan) and with former Barnsley/Sheffield Wednesday player and manager Danny Wilson. He got a photo with kenny (though kenny said no initially saying he would put it on twitter or something) and they spoke about south Africa and travelling for 10min. Said kenny was very engaging...but seemed pretty grumpy

saw our new boss in John Lewis L1 yesterday,
he immediately cottoned on that we recognised him, (he didn't particularly stand out much). We didn't want to bother him as its probably his first time out in town, but i wish had wished him all the best thinking about it

(he is quite short!)

saw maxi in tescos on allerton road on sunday. he was just on his way out when the scanner bleeped and some security guard came over and made him empty his bags. Seemed the offending item was some clothes for his kids!!!! ...... 'lets all go to tescos, where maxi buys his kids clothes, na na na na....!!'

was tempted to mooch over and have a chat but thought better of it in the circumstances. reckon the guard was either a bluenose or a non footy fan as he seemed very officious and completely oblivious to embarrasing out argentinian winger!!

Today at work, a guy came in and had a picture printed of himself tight rope walking over Niagara Falls. Insane. I had never heard of him but apparently ABC covered it not long ago. Nick Wallenda?

Went to Springsteen gig on Saturday spent the train journey back to Gatwick with Jan Molby. He had been at David Haye fight.

He was an absolute gent and we discussed loads of stuff.

Barnes was the best player he ever played with btw.
