I like the Dorritos Cool Ranch chips.

Those are my favourites as well.

Got these today after people raving about them on here, what a fucking let down they were.

You should definitely give the Honey Mustard a go - they are crazy delicious.

A very worthy bump, in fairness.

The correct answer of course was - and always will be, in our memories - Brannigan's Roast Beef & Mustard.

I've been looking for some Brannigans roast beef and mustard recently after waxing lyrical about them, but apparently they were discontinued in 2020.

It made me get nostalgic for other crisps and crisp brands that you just don't see any more. For example, we used to always get the Phileas Fogg tortillas etc back when things like that weren't common, but I guess doritos and others blew them away and there's no shortage of 'world' snacks in the crisp aisles now.

Something else I haven't seen since I was a kid is some sort of fried bread snacks, small and heavily flavoured with garlic or onion. I think they had a French name, I keep thinking mignons?

Actually, just discovered that was also a Fogg snack, "Mignons Morceaux", and there are plenty of people campaigning for their return or trying to find a modern equivalent.

The dark brown ones at the top. Pretty sure there were supermarket versions of them at the time as well.

Why can't I find the scampi Nik Naks any more? I only ever see Nice n Spicy in supermarkets, which are the worst of all the Nik Naks.
