Was reading these have a full leather lining, and I should imagine they will be released in a number of c/w's with inferior leather being used, sometimes giving them more of a plastic look.

don't have any older release roms anymore, but from looking at pics on the web they look to have more cold padding around the ankle and use a cheaper thicker leather on some releases

don't really protect my leather trainers, just the suede ones with whatever quality spray I've picked up cheap, other than being careful I'm not sure what you can do. these are the type of shoe that spread when you wear them and hang over the side of the sole a little so will be more prone to scuffing

always give my trabs a once over clean or brush after wearing and put them back in the box, I'm a trainer nonce and rotate a lot.

Adidas, especially Rom's usually fit perfect in my size , had to check the labels to make sure,, only Adidas i have which arent a good fit are my Primeknits (but reckon i could of went size smaller in them no problem)

Was at Trafford Centre last night and they had the Brussels in Selfridges in most sizes, which really surprised me.

As for Dublin, all the best! Will have to pay way over the odds if you desperately want a pair.

I got Brussels tonight here in a shop in Dublin. They didn't have my size 8 so I went in and took a gamble on 7•5 fitting. They fit perfect. I'm getting into this a bit deep now. I'm blaming one person in particular, and it's not Capon.
