Endo and Nunez on 4 yellow cards. One more and they miss the next match.

At what point does it become 10 yellows?

Cant see any scenario where Gravenberch is in there in a midfield two.

he’s plenty physical to play the position vs this lot if that’s what we want to do
It’s going to be something slightly funky because gakpo isn’t going to play as a high left sided forward and one of Harvey or gravy is going to drop deeper more

Anyway we’re winning this 4-0

Hoping for significant improvement from Gravenberch otherwise we might struggle in midfield. Would be nice to see Nunez and Gakpo switch places few times, just to ruffle them up a bit.

Burnley attempt to play football these days don’t they? We always fare better against teams like that rather than the negative, bus parking likes of Man United.

Good to see Jota on the bench.

Hopefully he won’t be needed and his minutes can be limited to a gentle 10 minute cameo so he’s up and running for Newcastle.

Gakpo is gonna be on a mission today. Perfect game for him, can stay up front and interchange with Darwin to keep burnley guessing.

So Szoboszlai is getting a rest then?

Thought he put in a decent shift against Arsenal but I definitely think he spreads himself too thin sometimes. Would like to see him stick to his area of the pitch more but that means that everyone else has to do the same to allow him to. Also seems to snatch a fair bit at his shots and hopefully more composure comes with time.

Anyway enough about that - get the 3 points today please and don't go conceding the first goal!

Great OP Zlen, thanks.

Saw a bit of their last game (don't ask me why) and I thought dominated Fulham second half. They pushed up and pressed them and physically overran them. Wouldn't mind if they tried the same thing with us, give us a bit of space to play in.

Anyway, as usual, with the EPL you gotta win the battle then the game.

Not sure what Grav has done to start ahead of Jones today other than for rotation. Needs to show a bit more, would've preferred him to start a home game rather than away.

Freat to see Diaz and Jota on the bench tho.

3pts much needed today.

I understand the changes, but that midfield looks a little lightweight off the ball.

They're on 4 yellows at the moment, so I'd imagine in 6 yellows time.

Expecting a big game from Gravenberch here. He’s been well below par for a little while now. Hopefully he’ll be helping out defensively or Endo will have a hell of a lot to do in there by himself.
