Who? Harvey and VDB were the only one transferred this season amongst who played, right?

Outstanding effort by Jürgen to try and get kicked out of this pointless competition. He really does think of everything.

Narrows it down to - "Caimhim Kelleher, Rhian Brewster and Harvey Elliott were handed their first senior starts by Jurgen Klopp, with Sepp van den Berg and Herbie Kane coming off the bench for their debuts". Maybe Kane having been out on loan...?  Most of the others have been regularly playing for the U23s etc

Already a thread on it - https://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=343699.new#new. The player is likely to be Chirivella and we will likely just be fined.

Can't remember ever looking forward to a game like this as I did on Wednesday night.

The prospect of watching a competitive match bursting with  young and exciting players, without all the stress of a "must win league game"

I wasn't disappointed and I hope we stick to pretty much the same against arsenal, the only other players I would like to see in the next round are Origi Shaqiri Larouci and Adrian if Alisson is back.

Thought all the youngsters showed why Klopp selected them.
And not for one second did Elliott look like a 16 year old making is first senior start for the champions of Europe.
Looking forward to seeing more of him.
