LADIES SACK BOSS BRADLEY
« on: May 21, 2008, 10:29:47 am »
From .tv
"Liverpool Ladies have sacked manager David Bradley after less than 12 months in the job.
Bradley led the girls to safety in their first season back in the FA Women's Premier League National Division, with the Reds finishing third bottom.

Several members of the coaching staff and leading players such as Chantelle Parry have also left the club.  "

I have no idea if this was warranted or not but I have never seen a offical club site talk about sacking one of its staff.  The normal way is to say he has left the club and to thank him for his services.  This is disrespectful and a reflection of the athmosphere within the corridoors of power.

I was thinking about starting a thread named "LIVERPOOL SACK THEIR MANAGER" or something like that. :P

Not everything is as it seems.
The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie — deliberate, contrived and dishonest — but the myth — persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.

Did you know as boss of Liverpool Ladies, you only get paid expenses and not a full wage. I remember reading the job advert last year.  :wave

Do you think he got to jump in the bath with all of them after a game? :P

Seriously though, the wording seems very strange for a press release. Something else going on perhaps?

I am sure there is more to this than meets the eye, but maybe then the best thing would have been to say nothing.

The chants for Kenny Dalglish that were heard again on Wednesday do not necessarily mean that the fans see him as the saviour. This is not Newcastle, longing for the return of Kevin Keegan. Simply, Dalglish represents everything Hodgson is not and, in fairness, everything Hodgson could or would not hope to be.

But given that this is the Ladies team, I suppose the job of Physio will have much more competition for than the job of Manager.
