Has to be the Gary Mac one. The look on Houllier's face at the end symbolised so much. That goal started off a run that led us to what was then the top 3. Everything about that goal and that game is special to me.

Couple of games which I don`t think have been mentioned...

1977 FA Cup semi. McDermott scored a great goal and they had a winner mysteriously chalked off near the end.

1973 Goodison league game. A rare double from Emlyn.

Just watched the highlights of the 3 - 1 1987 one at Anfield.  Rush equalled Dixie Deans record. The Kop went mental.

There's a boss photie somewhere of him jumping up in front of the Kop and a Steward jumping up right by him too.

For me it has to be the 89 Cup final . A last minute equaliser for Everton, a huge pitch invasion followed by an inevitable defeat. The start of winning without winning.

I was at that one. Pockets of Reds all over their end. The Lonsdales invading after their equaliser. The inevitable win for us. 😁

That was a belter too. It was the first time we’d beaten them since 1994 I think (the last Derby in front of the old Kop). They were shite and in real relegation trouble and there was a sense in the ground that today was finally the day we’d beat them. Then they scored so early and a couple of Lonsdale clad pitch invaders came on.

I had a pretty good view of Fowler’s celebrations. I thought they were fair game for all the shit he got but obviously ended up with him getting a lengthy ban. We were hanging on at the end and Gerrard did revue is and then celebrated wildly. :D

That one in ‘99 was very memorable. The minutes silence to mark 10 years since Hillsborough seemed to set the tone. The whole ground was very emotional and the atmosphere highly charged and crackling as only Anfield can.

I was on the first or second row of the Kemlyn, fairly central but towards the Anny Rd, so had a great view of Stevie’s goal line clearances. A draw would’ve been a travesty, so they were celebrated like a goal, especially the one from Cademateri (in fact they might’ve both been from him).

When Everton scored in the first minute, three Evertonians sitting next to me went berserk, wrongly judging the mood of the home supporters around them. As they jumped up and down, a cup of tea was lashed at them in anger, then another (partly soaking me) but then the best bit. As they turned round to face the barrage of verbals and assorted warm beverages that were raining down on them from an irate Kemlyn Rd stand, a ham butty was launched and smacked one of them square on the side of the face. That seemed to diffuse the tension as laughter broke out and they sat back down.

When Fowler scored his pen and did his infamous goal celebration, the three Evertonians were targeted again and unfortunately ended up being escorted out of the stand by the stewards. All a bit daft, but I hope they were let back in the away end to witness Stevie’s heroics.

More than pockets SoS. I was in their end and there were Reds everywhere.

Couple of games stick out.. The 84, 86 and 89 finals... Also loved the McCallister free kick game in 2001.in 2006 Kewells rocket in 2006 came while my baby daughter was dying in hospital and I always think of it as her goal... Gerrard hat trick.. And finally the 5-2 and 1-0 Curtis Jones facup goal game as watched and celebrated with my 9 year old son as they were on terrestrial TV
walk on...walk on...

Andy Carroll's late header that sent us through to the FA Cup final.

I was screaming in the restaurant. Hahahhahaha!!!  ;D  ;D

It's there to remind our lads who they're playing for and to remind the opposition who they're playing against!
