You having a laugh? That team potentially was very good but it didn't have the talent that a Yugoslav team of the late 80's and 90's would've had.
But it is more complete, which is my point. The 2010 vintage would have been better in goal and at the back, and strong in midfield and up top. The late 80s team achieved nothing and are therefore irrelevant, and while the 90's players are definitely more talented, I'm not so sure they would have had the strength and substance to win a major tournament. It is interesting to think about though.
