Has anyone tried this? Upto £500 deposit is refundable for the first week. I just signed up now and being the big shot that I am, I am trialing it with a tenner and have bought 3 shares in Sadio and 2 in Lukaku. I have made 3p on Sadio already

I don't get how it works.

They obviously go up and down in value.

But how do they go up and down?  Due to popularity?!

According to their FAQs the values go up and down according to the amount of people buying 'futures' in those players so I have based it on the fact that if Sadio does well against Burnley his value will go up as more people will want to buy shares in him.

They also have the daily buzz so you get 5p per share dividend each day for the footballer who is most in the news from the 25 news feeds that they monitor so today it is Neymar. Shares in Neymar are currently £1.43 and if you had a hundred shares in him you would get a fiver dividend.

Just interested to give it a go and see how it works while not potentially using shit loads of money

Thanks to Lukaku's comments about Everton, he was the buzz player twice this week and his value almost doubled so just sold all shares for an overall profit of 44%

It's based on positive media attention the player gets, each article gets a player points. Next season they're introducing wins for OPTA performance as well. atm you can make alot of money on transfer rumours.
