Well that half just highlights our deficiencies and lack of quality.
Bournemouth have been by far the more fluid of the 2 sides so far. They are outplaying us so easily. We are very fortunate to be ahead and have hardly been seen as an attacking force.
It's embarrassing seeing us chasing shadows most of the time, we have no ball winners in our team but plenty who shirk out of tackles.
Our ball retention is awful, the passing is so square and backward.
Jurgen has a big job on his hands.

They're not really outplaying us though are they?

He's done what he can do quite well, being aerially dominant. But twice in the first 6 minutes he missed a clearance and dived in wildly in the box. Keep away from the first team Jurgen.

Agree apart from Aerially dominant. Maybe Ivew seen the wrong games but the guy is shocking at them

I hate to be so negative about a player but I just think its time he left. Hes a disaster

Coutinho can play the kind of ball Firmino did though.

But not much point when, as you say, no one is making those runs.

And when you have Benteke upfront it`s even more of an issue.

Not sure how anyone can say Origi has been poor. Have the team been laying golden chance after chance on his plate that he's wasting or something?

He just doesn't make a striker's runs. He's been decent wide, and usually when holding the ball up.

Lallana and Coutinho don`t make that run Tex made. Lack of these kind of runs from midfield is why we`re not scoring goals this season.

The through ball from firmino was just as integral - that's the role both lallana and coutinho want to play.

He's had some really good moments; I just don't think he's a striker.

Teix doing it as a striker at the mo. Both chances he had, he was our furthest man forward and either behind or over the shoulder.
