Moving to London due to work, does anyone have any experience of being a property guardian?
I know its a cheap way of living in the City, got a budget of about 600pcm for rent which will not get me far in a flat share but the guardianship can be 250 pcm which would be good.
Any one do it or have any advice any to avoid etc?
Anyone got any living in london advice?
Also i'm down for spurs game to have a look around london any good pubs which are liverpool friendly?
