Time to defrag, ok I know I should do it montly but really, I cant be arsed. Probably be back in 10 weeks, It will probably take that long with 73 gigs worth of drives to defrag  :'(.

On our own PC's, how often should we derag or run the Mainenance programme.

I tend to set up mine every 2 to 3 weeks, is this alright or should I do it every 4 - 5 weeks.
