Ballot for the CL final

Quick question..

Is this something that anyone can apply for? I realise it is a lottery but was just wondering to actually enter are there are pre requisites?

There will be a UEFA ballot sometime around March.  This will be for neutral tickets and yes anyone can apply.

The UEFA Ballot? You have to have a Mastercard, and I believe (although stand to be corrected) have to live in Europe. This goes live usually in mid-February each year. Full details available at UEFA.com, or via Google.

I thought it was for touts only and you had to agree to put any tickets you win onto eBay.
