Ok here's todays scenario - I have received a telephone call off a debtors company called Rosendales asking for a former resident of our flat, when I said that I have lived in the flat for nearly 4 years and the person he wanted had moved out before I got there he started banging on

He said they had sent the former numerous letters for not paying council tax and since he's not replied that are sending baliffs to this address - I told him to do one and if the baliff come near me I'll call the police since its not my debt

Anybody know if these cheeky c*nts will send a baliff?

thing is, you pay the council tax for that address, so they know you live there so why do the council waste money on debtors ffs??

They should be able to verify that you've been there and (presumably) paying your own council tax for 4 years, so I don't see why they would have to turn up at your door.

Also, it is illegal to open mail addressed to anyone apart from yourselves. So tell them that, and to do one.

Rossendales are the biggest bunch of c*nts in the world mate. Whatever you do though, NEVER let them into your house if they come out. Just keep the doors and windows locked. If you let them in then your fucked. Because they can then get a warrant to come in and take stuff. Dont even answer the door to them and eventually they will pass it back to the council tax. Thats how I got rid of them like a few year ago.

They are bastards though, the amount of ways they fuck money out of people is criminal. The big twat with the pony tail came to mine like, luckily the front door was locked and he started giving it billy big bollocks to me outside. I felt like knocking the c*nt clean out and if i ever see him again I probs would! Just dont let them in tho!
