Great, I'm top for at least 24 hours

I'm still an idiot, though - I used my free transfer to get Van Nistelrooy, made him captain, but then I read he wouldn't play and put him on the bench

. Add to that that another player on my bench scored a goal, and I now need two of my starting eleven not to play tomorrow, or I'll have lost quite a few points on bad management

With many cheap players out of the comp, do we get more money ?
or can we keep players no longer involved ?

The budget will stay the same, you'll have unlimited transfers before the first leg of the next round. I think you'll be able to keep the players no longer involved, but I think you'll no longer be able to buy any such player.
