I suppose they could make a late European push.

Very doable when you look at the table...
They have life in them, they have humour, they're arrogant, they're cocky and they're proud. And that's what I want my team to be.

They have certainly tried harder tonight.
No, jazz. You fear jazz. You fear the lack of rules, the lack of boundaries. Oh look, it's a fence. But, no, it's soft.

They are a textbook midtable team. Decent in the bigger games (especially at home) but inconsistent against the "lesser" sides.

They won't make Europe via the league because they have so many tough away games to come.

Yep, could do with them severely spanking the owl on Monday off the back of this ...give them a head of steam going up the Ethiad

They'll need much more than that! City will wipe the floor with them unfortunately.

Just been right through my iptv and can't find it anywhere. Seems to be on Viaplay and Star only.
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."

You never know.... Pochettino and Guardiola have a long rivalry going back to their playing days ...a revitalized Chelsea team under a manager with a grudge might just make it interesting...

that's what I'm clinging to anyway!

Forest through  Awoniyi and Neco scored pens

Good result for us means they play Man Utd midweek before they play us

I'd say they played Ok, but Villa absolutely stank, esp in the first half.  they gave the ball away under no pressure about 6 times leading to Chelsea breakaways.

Probably more this than anything else, Villa really were terrible

Since Villa had that stellar few days where they beat Man City and Arsenal their form has been mediocre.

That run also includes playing Sheffield Utd twice, Burnley, Middlesbrough, Zrinjski and Everton!  Sir Jim's Man U up next.

Them flopping isn't necessarily a bad thing for us as it would be good if they were out of contention for the big prizes by the time we go there for the last game of the season.
