It really isn't going too far to say he is better than Casillas. He is after all the one that has been playing in a team that has won numerous trophies. Great GK, as good as Pepe i'd say.

I would love to see Valdes in another team to see how well he does, the fact he is not Spain number one obviously tells you something.

Haha. Where is he weak? He's good tackler, header of the ball, scores goals, can pick a pass, is no slouch, is a leader and has organisational skills. Apart from being an absolute fucking twat, I can't fault him as a player. Chelsea let in very few goals each year and he's the main reason why imo.

He's basically a better version of Shay Given, his presence in the penalty area is shite, his distribution is pants too, hence most of his long kicks going straight to Pique and Mascherano yesterday, yes the minute Mascherano was winning headers.

He's prone to too many errors, for him to be classed as the best GK in the world. Still world class though and the best shot stopper around.

Yes.

When Carvalho was still wearing blue Terry wasn't even the best defender at Chelsea.

Wilshire. He is good but not Englands great hope as he is made out to be.

Gareth Bale. Good but not amazing. I can't imagine what the hype would be like if he was English.

Casillas. Not being biased but I have no idea why he is Spains GK before Reina.

Balotelli. Had potential but he seems to just not care. Seen nothing from him at City.

I have a big list in my brain but I can't seem to remember a lot of them. Those are the main ones for me anyways.

What about Vidic? He's great at a lot of things (tackling, strength, heading) but his stupidity lets him down. He seems to do something that warrants being sent off every time I watch him play. There was a brilliant quote from Van Persie regarding the handball attempt at the weekend:

"I was looking at the ball and I saw his hand going just before I was about to head the ball in the back of the net. I saw his hand going and I was thinking he would never do that, he's not that stupid."

A lot of people seem to rate him up with Puyol as the best in the world. I don't think he'll ever reach that level because of his lack of brains.

I think Agger is over rated by some Liverpool fans.

A lot of people would call him 'world class'. To me that means he's in the top 2 or 3 players in his position in the World. I doubt many non Liverpool fans would say Agger is world class.

Before anyone jumps down my throat I'm not saying he isn't a very good player. Far from it, he is a very good player just not as good as many people on here would have you believe.

It's absolutely hilarious how underrated Valdes is on Rawk, the guy has been turning in brilliant performance's for going on 3 years now.

He is a phenomonal goalkeeper, brilliant at commanding his area, best in the buisness at making the goal as small as possible, his distribution whilst not Reina good, is as close as you'll get to that level.

He should be Spain's number 1 imo. I know people like Sid Lowe, Guillem Balague, and Graham Hunter all feel the samw way.
