I just joined that Facebook group to see the post and it's gone.

Tbf most on there are against touting, and tout posts are removed.

But yeah, the name and that screenshot definitely needs to go to the club.

This. You can't really moan about touting if you don't actually tell the club directly when you see it happening. Hoping they might read RAWK ticket forum is a bit of a stretch...

I did actually email the club when I seen it so there's not much else I can do.

I did a bit of digging as saw him selling Madrid tickets too back in May. I can't remember the exact name, but he seems to own some sort of football touting page too. He had been looking to buy peoples' tickets so I assume he's just acting as a broker and selling other peoples' tickets. Did report him back then but doubt he's that naive to be using his own name.

Edit: thinking about it, I only ever got a message back from Spurs on touted tickets.

our queue system I suspect is part of the ticket portal solution we use which is https://www.oneadvanced.com/solutions/market-solutions/ticketing-and-venue-management/

Why we can't pressure them into making it better, I don't know. In my job we get client feedback/pressure for improvements to, or brand new, features all the time.

Why we can't pressure them into making it better, I don't know. In my job we get client feedback/pressure for improvements to, or brand new, features all the time.

Sounds like we'd benefit you presenting this sort of stuff at one of the open panels with the club

sorted , me and my lad on second row in Block 113, first trip for him to Wembley, cant wait to tell him he will be made up. Official coach booked last week, says its leaving Arkles lane at 8am. Guess we can park in carpark for the day in Stanley Park ? is it free ?

The problem we have is the massive demand for tickets, looking on the city website they have all games for the whole season on sale and for all the but the big games, singles are available in pretty much every block of the ground.

I have tried the last 3 seasons for the all members bulk sale and had over an hour que each time. Same for every single all members sale.

When I first started going the match in 2003 we got 4 seats together for the majority of matches no bother at all.

The only thing that is making my membership worthwhile is to have all 3 cup competitions on auto cup each season.

The only way I can go to league game now is because my mate tends to scrap a single for me in the very last sale (the local sales)

Just seems ridiculous that I'm basically guaranteed to never get a league match through the all members sale. In the last 30 attempts I've got 0. That can't be right. I went to 8 league games last season - it just baffles me how they can drop it from 14 to all.

The club make it up as they go along!!

Another example is the super cup. Not like it mattered but who would’ve thought they’d sell them to those who went to Madrid as a priority

Those who missed out in the ballot would miss out on first dibs at a super cup sale..it’s a double whammy

Why is it ok for people who went to Madrid to miss out just because people who didn't go to Madrid miss out

The club sells on loyalty. Loyalty means the games you go to, not the games you miss out on, via ballot or otherwise

Because by pure chance they got to go to Madrid. It's a fairer system that those with the same credits but missed out on Madrid, get first dibs on the Super Cup imo. Its neither here nor there now anyway.

It's pure chance getting a league ticket with the system in place at the moment. Should we reward members who miss out on league game over members who go to league games as well?

It's tough luck those who missed out on Madrid, but you can't expect people who went to Madrid to miss out on the Super Cup in order to compensate. That's not how it works, and not how it's ever worked

Anyway it's irrelevant now as we know

I can't remember what they used in 2005 but I feel it's odd they used the final.

They didn't use Kiev for last seasons Champions League matches home or away as far as I remember.

Only a handful of tickets. Probably 10k+ queueing. Arguably worst odds than the bulk sales unfortunately mate
