Zenit vs Auxerre on Sky Sports 1 right now.

Good header in the 2nd minute giving Zenit the lead.

Anthony le tallec playing for Auxerre, looks massive!

Think that I'm gone to watch the battle of Scandinavia Rosenborg vs FC Kobenhavn. Should be one hell of a game :)

Good luck Spurs.

Got £5 on Defoe FGS 2-0 and Defoe FGS 2-1 - could be a nice little earner.

It's a bit of a shame - the problem is he's at his best on the left hand side and Bale is looking phenomenal over there at the moment

Yeah, i'd have him for the £2.5m or whatever joke you got him for, good player but Bale is undroppable at the mo.

The squad is looking pretty darn strong now. It's just the striking department of the starting 11 letting us down really. We really need a top class center forward

No one watching Auxerre ???

I am at the moment... I think they at least deserve a draw... St. Petersburg scored an early goal but couldnt hold the pressure up... Auxerre although playing pretty averagely deserve a point... but I think they have still chances of progressing next week at home... Le Tallec is on the pitch too

A lot probably depends on you getting through this tie right. You'll be more attractive to players and have more funds. I presume you're looking to get rid of Keane and Crouch. Possibly Pavlyuchenko too, right?

Agree with that. All of your strikers are decent, but not at the level of say Torres, Rooney, Drogba, van Persie - having a top striker can make all the difference really..

Isn't the squad the same as last season, barring Sandro?

Dos Santos back from loan I think? (after a decent World Cup - if he can reproduce that kind of form for Spurs he'll be a good option for them). Also Modric was injured much of last season wasn't he?

I think it would be funnier seeing twitchy Redknapp's sides getting spanked by Young Boys, or as second choice qualifying for the group stages and getting humiliated there.

COME ON THE YOUNG BOYS!
I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.
