I have at least a 0.1 decimal place of respect for what Man U have achieved in the 90s and 00s. Lets face it, no one expected them to be on 19 now, not even them.

Personally doubt so, cause at least Spurs can point towards last year's CL and this year's league performance as some indication, no matter how minor, that they are possibly going places.
