...but then I thought, a loss might focus them too.

Looks like it may have to.  :)

Newcastle 6th with a win here. Fucking hell they've been awful this season. Only hot one point out of 6 against Everton for one thing.

VDV isn't even the best CB at Spurs, and I'm not even the biggest fan of Romero. VDV is pacy, but offers basically nowt on-the-ball.

Poor from Isak again, a clinical striker buries that.

Tactically great first half from Howe there… something we don’t see from Klopp.

Incredible Assistant Manager.

Timo "Goalaway" Werner. The man has an allergy to scoring goals.
He takes a lot of high value shots and it will even out. You seen his xG?

Shame Newcastle's form has picked up, love them being shit.

Might keep Howe in a job though. He was hopeless at managing the squad this season with European football. Only picked up a bit playing one game a week after being out of all the cups by Feb.

I'm not sure he works hard enough off the ball for what Arteta wants.

He has a good workrate. Newcastle are not bad at pressing and he's integral to that.

That’s their challenge - Arteta is a very risk averse manager, it’s worked to a point but to get that elite attacker in, they’ll have to be some give the other way.

Otherwise they’re basically looking for a unicorn for that position.

Arsenal are like the cheats from a couple of years ago and I don't think Isak is ideal for such a setup. He's a very good striker though, no question.
