Academy midfielder Kyle Kelly made his senior international debut for St. Kitts and Nevis on Wednesday night.

The 18-year-old was sent on from the bench in the 81st minute of a 3-1 friendly win away at San Marino for St. Kitts and Nevis.

Kelly officially joined the Reds in 2020 and signed his first professional contract with the club in October 2022.

He has predominantly represented Liverpool’s U18s during the 2023-24 campaign.

A question for anyone that's watched our U21s this season, how has Jay Spearing looked? Obviously he's not one for the future (!) but it gives a bit of context about the overall level of the league considering his last senior game was nearly two years ago in League Two.

A goalless draw with Germany at the U18 Pinatar Super Cup was followed by a penalty shootout won 5-3 by England, with Danns converting his spot-kick.

For England’s Elite Squad (U20s), Bobby Clark, Kaide Gordon and Reds loanee Luke Chambers were all second-half substitutes in a 5-1 win over Poland.
