Chinese pre-sales started. Endgame exceeded the the number of ticket pre-sales that Infinity War racked up in it's first week in 3 hours.

And apparently ticket prices vary in China based on demand. The demand was so great that many cinema chains stopped their pre-sales, and in some cases even issued refunds, in order to bump up their prices before resuming sales.

It’s going to close to a billion globally just for the opening weekend, so depending on exchange rates, 3 billion overall isn’t out of the question.

I was watching that Star Wars trailer yesterday and feeling a bit meh about it, amazing to think that Star Wars is playing 2nd fiddle to another sci franchise.

Finally saw Captain Marvel this week, wasn't overly eager to watch it as the trailers were extremely underwhelming.

Film was good not great, enjoyed the soundtrack and the little nods to old films most. Glad I went into it without big expectations

I quite enjoyed it. Understand it was panned by alot of people but I thought it stood well amongst the other Marvel films

Oh it's leaked alright. Yet it's probably a testament to the overall movie that the parts that leaked make you want to watch it more.

Easily found on marvelstudiospoilers on reddit, depending on your wish / attitude towards movies I guess.

Curious how this happened with probably the most anticipated and heavily guarded movie of this generation. Some guy / girl got to casually film the movie on their mobile, seemingly from any section of it. Even the actors reportedly haven't seen the full movie yet. Who could have had such full access AND the motive or lack of security checks to get it out there...

Yeah its a good film, not sure what it was but something stopped it from being as engrossing as some of the others for me but still a good enjoyable watch, Samuel L Jackson playing a younger Fury was really enjoyable

Well they got Masie Williams in for New Mutants film/tv show but looks like that has been put on indefinite hold.

Think Kevin Feige's biggest job post Endgame (and Spiderman Far from Home) is sorting out the Mutant/X-men problem. I think short term the focus needs to be on what the original plan was (Warlock and Captain Marvel) but with a couple of subtle hints to the a possible franchise (think the Stephen Strange reference in Winter Soldier)
