That 18 unbeaten run that gets rolled out every time someone says anything negative is a bit misleading, it's unbeaten, but it has a lot of draws in it, those draws felt like defeats in some cases.
Only 5 out of the 18 were draws. Not "a lot" by any vaguely correct definition of the phrase. Stop talking about an 18 game unbeaten run as if it was something negative.

Like who though?  Give us a name.
If VVD hadn't been named on the bench, he'd be moaning that we had no CB cover I suspect!!

He's recovering from illness.

over 25% draws way too many for my liking and shows how we find it difficult to break down low block teams.

I think it's going to take me a long long long while to get my head around Solanke AND Ings on the bench, when you could have Woodburn on there, who can kind of go wide, but crucially, for the last 10, can play in the middle alongside The Ox etc after he comes on (thru necessity, 10 minutes later than wanted in the 71st minute). Don't really get it.

I think we will use him more in the second half of the season. As we turned down a load of loan offers he must be in the managers plans for some first team action or it wouldn't of made sense to keep him when he could be getting first team experience elsewhere.

Team looks fine and should be more than enough to get the 3 points. Front 3 picks itself really, I'm guessing they will probably start every game now till the end of the season injuries permitting.

Not really, we have Gomez, Lovren, Matip and klavan (?)  who can all play centre back as cover. I'm not bothered about VVD not playing, I just questioned why he is on the bench if he can't play. not sure what is fucking wrong with asking that question.

Interesting midfield. Plenty of strength without a lot of technical ability. They may have problems transitioning into attack if Huddersfield press them.

Alternatively 73% of games were won, take that form through the the season and that's 83 points just from games won. Add in a few draws and that's Championship winning results, but don't let that stop you having a good whinge dear

Hopfully he picks up a bit of form now and is given a bit of freedom. Hendersons energy  when running around is a great thing to have (see 2014), I think he gets shackled holding back trying to be an alonso.

Lovren in for Van Dijk is purely rotation according to Klopp, no mention of any injury or illness.

Was only really interested in the 18 run since that's what was being discussed

So really only 3 low block teams. Unless you're saying Arsenal and Chelsea are low block teams?

Not really considering VVD has been the only one that doesn't look as though he isn't arsed at the back lately, this will be a good test for Matip and Lovren to show they deserve the start next to him.

Expect a top game from the pair of them here to be honest.

Despite the fact we have only lost one league game in January and won the other two, your head appears to have fallen completely off.

Had we lost to Burnley but beaten Swansea, I wonder if we'd be having the same level of meltdown?

No, it's pretty well attached. I don't think we've been at our best this month barring City and we've gone out of a cup. Last year was far worse, this one is just frustrating. I think Klopp's still figuring out how to get the best out of his team for longest, hence little dry spells here and there where in Germany the team would've had a rest. Anyway, I'm confident we'll win well tonight and start another good run going into next month.
