Assuming Leicester pick up their form (1 W, 2 D in last 5) and City are banned for next season, it's a logjam of teams fighting for 4th and 5th. Chelsea have been unable to pull away. Spurs are in probably the best form of the closest chasing teams (not saying all that much). Sheffield United are a newly promoted side, though they don't have European football to contend with. Wolves have only lost 6 (same as Leicester and City) but they've drawn 12, and they're also in Europa. Everton are coming from way back (though are in good form). Man United are in Europa and have struggled to break down defensive sides. Then you look at Arsenal: only 6 defeats in 25 (same as Wolves, Leicester, and City) but only 6 wins in 25 (same as West Ham in 18th). Only Watford and Norwich have won fewer games. 6 wins, 13 draws, 6 defeats. Wow.
Chelsea-United on Monday will be big. The latter have been annoyingly decent against top sides, while the former are known to be a young and naive side. An Ole smash and grab is not out of the question here.
As uninspiring as Spurs have been, if they can grind out jammy results, they should get top 4 or top 5. Who knows, though? It's so open.
