11 should be the minimum target. If we get 11 out of each block of 5 we are in the CL definitely and I would think League winners too.

I think with this block of 5 we must try and win one of our 6 pointers against either City or Ars.

For the City game at least, we should be more game ready and up and running with the extra CL games so we should be targeting them for 3 points.

Crystal Palace (H) - 3 (Their record at Anfield is strangely superb over the last few seasons despite them being relatively poor. I would be expecting 3 points though given their result against Huddersfield)

Arsenal (H) - 1 (Always a tough game, quality opposition who have strengthened since last season. Lacazette and Koalsaniac are top signings plus Xhaka will have a top season and seriously bolster their)

Man City (A) - 0 (One of the hardest games of the season on paper. Anything other than defeat is a good result here, not holding out much hope mind)

Burnley (H) - 3 (Plucky team who are defensively sound. Should be putting these away however.)

I'd snap your hand off for 11 points now. 3 away games and both City and United in the next 5 games.

It would put us on 18 points off 8 games. 8 games in which we will have played 3 of the other top 6 teams. That would be a very good base to kick on from.
