Why are the commentators making excuses for Tottenham here? Yes they played City at the weekend, but Southampton played against us, it hasn't affected them.

That goal from Redmond and Ings was fantastic. Saints fans rightly celebrating that one. However, looked like some stupidly reactive stewarding in the corner of the screen. Some of those jumped up little twats should not be allowed. Let the fans celebrate. They are paying customers.

I'd say it's given the saints belief. They matched the best team in the world for a portion of their match.
