will it be hard to get tickets to The Empyhad?

It would be great to see us receive the trophy there in front of Basil and The Victims.

City currently on target for 80 points based on the current points per game.  We continue on our current points per game then we are looking at another 7 games.   So that takes us to Watford away on the 29th Feb.

Even if City/Leicester win ALL their remaining games, Liverpool would need less than 2 ppg to win the league! Incredible!

If city play a game that could hand us the title whilst we aren't playing, will they screen it anfield?
City's 'collapse' is also a stark warning of how much we need to prepare for next season. Klopp, the team, both pitch and behind the scenes have been amazing but the standard set is so high , some sort of drop off is surely inevitable. The stars have aligned for us ,but we've got the luck we deserve. I can't believe it will be the same next season. Can't wait to see what miracles the team perform next year.
"All the lads have been talking about is walking out in front of the Kop, with 40,000 singing 'You'll Never Walk Alone'," Collins told BBC Radio Solent. "All the money in the world couldn't buy that feeling," he added.

Sooooooo let me get this right, City can only attain 83 points if they win every single one of their remaining games, which means, we only need 23 points out of a possible 51 to win the title???? Lolololololol  :scarf

I don’t think so either but convinced it will happen at one of the following:

7/3 Bournemouth h
14/3 Everton a
21/3 Palace h
4/4 City a

So either a home game or a tasty away.

I just read what Pep said after their draw with Palace:
"At 2-1 it's just not allowed that Zaha runs. It's simple but we allowed them and after we conceded the goal."

They don't play with tactical fouls, eh? It IS a decision strategy for them, always has been.

Meh, even that can't help them...

Ive done this a few times. but it was a while ago. The 2-3 Torres game was last time, however I lived in Manchester at the time and the years after that game they rumbled me and refused.  I also went to the CL game a few years ago but that was through a City season ticket holder, however the ticket office knew I was a Liverpool fan

And the area surrounding the ground in general, haha thousands of ticketless Reds converging around The Ethihad on a Title clinching or presentation day would be incredible!

They couldn't stop us either could they, no law against that!

Many City fans burn their tickets rather than witness Liverpool win the title at their ground. During the game, vast expanses of empty blue seats can be seen in the background. And the official attendance will be 54,187.

Not sure why people are talking about the treble. Is it because pentuple isn't a word that's had to be used before?

If it does come to that game we will have at least 10000 in the ground and probably 50000 outside the ground.

Always found Tom Petty's 'Wont Back Down' as a tune for us lot. Just reminds me of Jurgen and the Boys.  I know it isn't related to any former glories but the cap fits on this one.  Remember it coming on the radio when I was on the way to watch Barca game at anfield.  Got goosebumps all the way through it. It felt Symbolic   You can stand me up at the gates of hell but I won't back down , stand my ground.   Embodies that defiance that nobody does better than us.

If city are going to keep throwing it away like this then those not happy with us possibly winning it (I say might as I dont want to jinx it, put the mockers on it etc) are going to start saying it was easy for us as the challening sides haven't really put up a big fight in the title race. Thats why I dont want us to let up even if we do win it early. Staying unbeaten or getting the most amount of points ever would be a great reply to those who think its been easy for us. They should be in no doubt we walked it because we were the most outstanding side in prem history and not because of the failure  of the other challengers.
