Please tell me someone saw the horrific Hyundai halftime rap show by G-Eazy during the saints game? My eyes are still bleeding.

What was that? It was awful.

I have a limited understanding of the game, but I think the Raiders looked decent against the Broncos. Carr was composed and made some good plays. They certainly won’t go 16-0, but they will be interesting to follow..for the first few rounds at least

If it wasn’t for the fact I know my new boss is a Villa fan I’d be wondering if we somehow had the same boss.
I only found out recently mine is also into NFL and a Pats fan, he also said he followed them in the 80s when they were shit but his reason for picking them is his name is Pat so he reads their name as Pat riots

I’m going to enjoy reminding him of the Giants last two SB wins mind.

You should remind him of the Philly special too, especially as the Pats tried the same trick play but failed to convert. ;D

Apparently he`s not such a good guy. Though in this case, let`s see what shakes out. He`s suggesting it`s a money-grab lawsuit, but none of us know right now. Perhaps Kraft will lend him a lawyer.

This whole AB saga is getting tiresome. There is a hint of arrogance in the Patriots taking him in. As if they can turn everyone into a well behaved professional through The Patriot Way. Part of me wishes that he continues his team destroying behavior in New England.

I was laughing my ass off when I was reading comments (after the Pats got AB) how they could possibly be signing him after the shit he pulled in LA. As if an organization would care for that when its owner few months ago got caught on tape getting his dick sucked in a massage parlor.

Saw that post on another forum

Quote
I believe that the Texans' defender made a big mistake on the final play from scrimmage.

There were 6 seconds left to play, and the Saints had a time out left. After the Saints receiver caught the pass from Drew Brees, he immediately hit the ground. The Texans defender needed to not touch him, to just stand over him until the clock ran out and then touch him. Unlike college football, you are not down until you are touched by the defender if you are in bounds. I know that the quarterback can "give himself up" if he is hurt, the way that Doug Williams did when he twisted his knee in Super Bowl XXII against the Broncos back in January of 1988, but I am pretty sure that that particular rule only applies to the quarterback ........ everybody else on the field that has possession of the ball is not officially down until they are touched by a defender as long as they are in bounds

The implication being that if he is not touched, the Saints cannot use the one timeout they had left?

Correct. You need the play to be over before you can use the timeout.

Brown shouldn't be allowed to join the team for what he's admitting on those texts alone, never mind if he did anything worse. I'm no saint, but jeezus. ::) But I suppose Kraft is the forgiving type. Perhaps they can get some "relief" with some massage ladies at the owner's favorite spa?

We didn't need him. And now he's going to be an even bigger distraction than we expected. Ugh.

Can overthrew more than completed. Is he nearly finished? If take away his dual threat he's a very average qb.
