The Thinking Fellers Union Local 282: Mother of All Saints (1992)

25 years (and a bit - Nov 13 1992) that this little feller was released. Part of a very dull reason that I have 'Filler' as my moniker here (I'm called Robert usually - hi), is because of TFUL282. ~~They often went into these musical noodles at the end, beginning or middle of songs and someone somewhere termed it 'Feller filler'. Anyway~~ Was reading the liner notes for Alvarius B's album last night and they get a mention, which is why I went to put them on again.

This was a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE album for me. I wrote a letter to Anne Eickelberg once. It wasn't a love letter, but unbeknownst to her, I was trying to tell her that I did.

Yep, that's him...Mid Air is his only solo work to date...its a stripped down sound, none of the orchestration or arrangements of the Blue Nile but still as atmospheric for me...reminds me of Tom Waits' 'Closing Time' era ...or Lambchop's 'Is A Woman'...slow, one-paced beautiful stuff .perfect for rainy winter afternoons with no footy

I've got a song stuck in my head and don't know the title or artist, any help, please?

It's a dance tune from the 90s / 00s. Starts with a bloke saying "This is Showbusiness", then kicks in with flute like pipes and deep drum bass.

There's also a weird electronic bit like someone playing an electric organ.

Not much help I know, but any advice?
