Dreadful double standards on that last episode with the girls perving over the male models, what were the BBC thinking?
Then in the midddle out pops a smiling glen johnson pulling up his jersey to reveal a t-shirt of suarez with a text saying. "OUR SUAREZ IS A FRIEND TO ALL COLOURS!"

Not just perving, but can you imagine if Harrison had touched the female model in the groin area like Elizabeth did?

That's exactly what I was going on about, then Brady had the nerve to say Harrison was perving on the girls and not one mention of the others behaviour. Add to that what's gone on with West Ham hiring Moyes after his comments to that female reporter, she's so full of shit.

This might be my last series, it's a complete farce these days and the tasks aren't even interesting anymore. If Olive from On The Buses wins it then I'm definitely off.

Note also how they made the male models lift their shirts up as well to judge their abs.

Oi oi ladies, let's see if your tits are big enough for the job please?

Anyone else watch 'The Final Five' episode this week?

Elizabeth develops an Australian accent. You get to see Peter Kay before all her plastic surgeries. And Joanna cries a lot.

Genuinely have no idea who'll make the final two. None of them really stand out from the rest.

If Elizabeth wins and goes into partnership with Sugar she'll probably be hosting the bloody show next year.

You’d imagine she will be the funniest to watch in the interviews.

Dep bds on their business plans of course but I reckon Sarah and James will be the final two.

Elizabeth’s business plan and/or idea must interest Sugar. There’s no way she’d still be there otherwise.

Interviews are always great.

Surprised with the decision though - the sweet business looks like nothing special, should have been Michaela.

Elizabeth definitely the standout candidate this series (entertainment wise).

Not too surprising to see those final two. Sarah seems to be the safe option as I think it would be pretty simple to grow her business and you can tell Sugar just likes James so it'd be more a case of investing in him as a person rather than his business plan.

Michaela would have set her business up with or without Sugar’s investment.

Whilst I’m sure she would have liked to win, simply being in the process would have put her future business out there, it’ll have given her loads of free advertising.

It's going to be another dull recruitment agency that wins. At least Michaelas was a bit different, and I could see it doing well.

James should have been fired the instant it was discovered that he wasn't accredited by who his website said he was. Just an outright liar. Surely he could get sued for that as well?

There are also thousands of recruitment agencies out there so it couldn't be a more boring business idea if it tried.

Maybe I just have something against that industry. Look at any job website and they are flooded with adverts for roles within such companies. They just chew people up and spit them back out.
And if the rain stops, and everything's dry.. she would cry, just so I could drink tears from her eyes.

Pretty nailed on it will be James. Sarah's 'business' was two tables with five or six people putting sweets in jars. The fact that she's been doing that for seven years and got nowhere is telling. James is a massive bellend but he's a good salesman.

I thought he was done for as soon as that came out...the fact they overlooked such a shady as fuck oversight suggests to me that he's this year's chosen one.....shame as Sarah seems a much more credible and professional candidate - and if Sugar was 'hiring' the way he used to I think she'd win it - but as it stands her business idea looks a non-starter

Yeah, James is going to win. He's been my dark horse from the start with Sarah my favourite to win it, so I think it's a good match-up in the final.

Thought Michaela might have done enough in those interviews to squeeze through, but I'm glad she didn't. Not only does she need Sugar a lot less it would seem, I think she's been acting throughout most of this process. The whole "I'm not confident" thing was largely proven to be a load of bollocks by her increasing sassiness as the process went on, and then how well she handled those interviews.

Yep, she was gorgeous.

I think that was the first year of the change of format wasn't it? It's never been the same since IMO.

At the start of the year, I founded a new IT recruitment business and I was honestly cringing at the complete lack of understanding from James about his 'niche' and how he was going to stand out. It was only when he spoke to a previous winner that he realised that he should focus on a specific area. Even then though, his website design didn't portray this at all!

Yes I instantly thought about this and I'm surprised nobody picked up on this.
