Why would Lukaku be pointing to the badge after 1 game? ::)

So people here calling us deluded if we don't think United will challenge for the league?
Count me in then. They will have a better season yet still struggle against top sides and finish 5th or 6th.

Because he is an arse.

Because he fulfilled his lifelong dream, of 2 months, of scoring a goal for the great Manchester United who he's supported and wanted to play for as far back as the beginning of July this year.

To the average fan, a badge point signals loyalty. Footballer are different though, they're just saying "this is who I'm playing for"

Said they'll challenge for the league and people are replying as if I said they've won the damn thing. Fuck me lol. My money's on City still, but if some of you want to delude yourselves into thinking they're not a good side then sure, go ahead.

They are the 6th side who just won their first match, a match they are supposed to win. Maybe we should start saying Huddersfield will challenge too as their away win was more impressive. I agree with City winning though. I think it will be two horse race with them and Spurs.

Good thing there is golf to watch, I can avoid the premier league trophy presentation at old trafford on MOTD2.
Roll on next season.

First game of the season, no injuries and West Ham being utter shite.

Man City won their first ton of games last year and looked what happened.

If I have to give anyone credit I thought Matic played well but West Ham had 10 behind the ball.

Lukaku is the perfect signing for them, he's good against shit teams. They struggled to break dross down at home last season, he'll remedy that. They won't win it but they'll have a much better points haul.
94 Corner to us. Last kick. Ali in the box and he’s scored

Yes. They're a credit to the game of association football. And they're manager is such a gentleman too.

All they need are our owners and it's the holy trinity!

(Am I allowed that opinion?)
