Yep, and if he pulls his hamstring and out for months, they'd be an outcry why Klopp didn't sub him.

What? There absolutely would not have been an outcry if Klopp didn't sub him off in a million years. It was 1-0 in a derby, keep your best player on the pitch until the game is won. Our next match is West Brom, I'm sure every fan in the world would have rather seen Salah for 90 minutes today and rested on Wednesday than being brought off today. It was a poor decision by Klopp unfortunately, Solanke should have been the one going off.

Understand what you are saying mate but I disagree with you - its the Derby.

I said it before the game but Houllier and Rafa often rotates in the Serby too. Ultimately the result (normally) justifies the means.

The result doesn't automatically justify that Salah's substitution was stupid. He looked tired, we had plenty of other players out there with the ability to win the game and it's not like we even subbed him off for Woodburn or a youngster. We score any of our numerous chances or Lovren doesn't nudge the ballerina over and we'd all be happy Salah got the well deserved rest.

Also, Messi is the Argentinian Salah.

Imagine the tyres on your car. Imagine that they're very close to worn out. Can you drive on them? Yes. Can you drive on them tomorrow as well? Yes, probably even for a few days. But unless you change them they will burst eventually, in a way that is damaging and out of your control. In the meantime, can you drive as well on your worn out tires as well as you could with new ones? No. Now what about if it's wet?

Was that his best goal for us? Created it all by himself, using both strenght and guile, and a superb finish. Reminded me of Suarez.

Fantastic player, much better than I thought he’d be.

So you're saying you'd rather Salah had pulled his hamstring and was out for months (which is the scenario I was talking about), than Klopp subbed him?

Personally, I'd much rather drop 2 points in a match, than lose our best player for months.

He has such a range of goals. I love the scrappy tap-ins or deflected efforts, but didn't realise he had goals like yesterday in him. Not just the brilliant finish, but the fact he created it out of nothing.

I think he means we don't know for sure if he would have been injured. But we do know for sure that taking him off (might have) cost us this game.

Well in Momo - fully deserved !! On fire this season !  :wellin

All the old Scousers on the Kop,
They do the Salah dance don't you know,
He moves so quick,
OH WEY OH,
Makes players fall down like dominoes.

All the dockers by the Mersey,
They got their money on a bet,
Salah scores again,
OH WEY OH,
He'll never let us down don't you fret.

All the Scousers on the Anfield Kop say,
OH WEY OH WEY, OH WEY OH,
Score like an Egyptian !

Beats defenders on the pitch,
He spins around - they're on the floor,
He's got the moves,
OH WEY OH,
He turns and shoots and then he scores.

With Momo's speed and his skills,
We'll be the best side in all the land,
And then the Kopites sing,
OH WEY OH,
He's scoring like an Egyptian.

All the Scousers on the Anfield Kop say,
OH WEY OH WEY, OH WEY OH,
Score like an Egyptian !

Slide your feet up the street, bend your back,
Shift your arm then you pull it back,
Momo's our Pharaoh,
OH WEY OH,
Fastest striker in our attack.

Taken him a while to reach the top
But now we chant his name on the Kop
We sing and dance,
OH WEY OH,
Praying that Momo's goals won't stop.

From the distant land of py-ra-mids,
To the city with purple bin lids,
All the Kopites know,
OH WEY OH,
You just can't stop this Egyptian.

Jurgen Klopp and the Anfield Kop say
OH WEY OH WEY, OH WEY OH,
Score like an Egyptian
