3 more games until we are at full strength for the 1st time this year.  Of course, we all know that means that someone will get injured during the break.

Klopp in the press conference was asked about a new injury to Coutinho. Said he has been having back problems again but was okay to play the Spurs game. He now has a problem with his adductor (hip/thigh region). Didn't train yesterday. They will see how he is today before making a decision for tomorrow. Not clear yet whether he will be out or not.

Brilliant. Oh well, time for Oxlade-Chamberlain to prove his worth. I actually think he'll be a good player for us, though I'll admit that's pretty much blind faith at this point. Hopefully he can put in the sort of performance we need.

I suppose this pretty much guarantees we'll see the thrilling combination of Henderson, Can and Wijnaldum in midfield again, unless any of them are injured too. Happy days.

Starts around 12m in. Klopp's comments were that he would train today, see how it goes but nothing certain yet. Reminds me of the week Matip & Lovren would be missing due to injury, even though Klopp said there was nothing decided yet, then both played. Journalists take worst case scenario and run with it as it generates most clicks. Uncertainty becomes fact.

We could have a number of first team players at Melwood over the international break. Could help the team in the long term and give the manager time to work with them.

So I have gone back through the last few pages and the current position seems to be that Lallana, clyne, mane and coutinho should all be available for selection after the international break and with coutinho potentially being available midweek. Good god, does this mean, subject to no further injuries, that for the first time this season we will have more or less a fully fit squad to choose from ? Lallana coming back is particularly needed

Must have got my wires crossed. Thought I hadn't seen him for a while but just saw he was on the bench for Tottenham.

I think I've exorcised everything about that game from my mind, hence not noticing him.

Lallana, Mane, Coutinho, Salah hopefully all fit for Southampton onwards then?

Did that lot even play in pre season together?!

Missed that game. Hopefully Lallana and Clyne can get back up to speed quickly, we really need them.

And no more injuries please, is it too much to ask for our best players to all be available at the same time! Can’t wait to see them all together on the pitch, we’re going to start causing some serious damage again.

Guys, don't do it to yourselves, don't talk about having a fully fit squad. There's an international break coming up. Chances are that Coutinho, Firmino and Salah will all do their ACLs playing in meaningless ties.

Maybe he will if fit, the only way we can ever ensure he doesn’t get injured is for him not to play for anyone.

He is coming back from injury and they have 2 big matches. The worry is they push him more than he is capable of at this stage of his recovery.

^ aye you'd expect him to play in both of those (10th and 14th) - then we have Southampton (H) on the 18th, Seville (A) on the 21st and it would be great to have him fighting fit for Chelsea (H) on the 25th.

So 5 super-intense games in the space of 16 days with a loads of travel. What could possibly go wrong :D

Why is there? He has a back injury.

Something seems off about it just. The fact he wasn't named in the Champions League squad, yet Lallana was when it was looking like he would miss the majority of the group matches.

Hasn't he been in light-training since mid September?

So what is that, 6 weeks out? FFS we can't catch a breather with these injuries. Against West Ham we'll be without Coutinho, Mane, Lallana, Wijnaldum, Clyne and Lovren. I believe Ward is injured too. Absolutely mental.

I wouldn't worry, he's been called anonymous by a lot of people on here lately, and some will probably moan about him being injured too.

6 weeks for a swollen ankle? Surely a day or 2 for the swelling to go down unless it's broken or sprained?
