Yes going by the random nature of people on here with different browsers and devices having or not having them makes me think it might be the system limiting to a certain number how many get drop downs or access to tickets.
In a similar way to the way it limits people during the bulk sales?

that would a horrible flaw in the website that makes no sense for them to install other than to be wankers

If the system is doing that then either the club (TO) are lying to us, or they just don't know how their own website works, which is already evident anyway

website is shite and they don’t care because tickets get sold and that’s all that matters to them. User experience is worthless, would mean more if they couldn’t sell tickets because of it

I'm no computer specialist, there are a few on here I know that definitely know what they are talking about, but from observing this site over the season it's definitely a different experience trying to buy in the late sales from previous seasons with the various problems people are having.
I've used the late sales for many a year with varying degrees of success but always had drop downs and "red dots" when trying to buy.

When using the drop down,Do you have to click on the red block,or can you just click on the stand then put in your quantity if theres more than one red block showing ?

Just select stand name from the dropdown then type quantity

This is why this ticket system is shit. 1 device it shows sold out another it doesn’t. On the 1 device I’ve got 2 different tabs open. Can click on red blocks on 1 tab and not the other. When tickets pop up only the 1 device out the 2 ever sees the red blocks

I had the verified by visa issue too. Does it actually charge your card when it does that? As it said transaction success/complete, then went back to an empty basket.

Just got sorted for Shrewsbury. When paying I used the saved card. Entered in the 3 digit security code then it took a few seconds and a message saying "Please wait while your payment is being processed..." then went through.

New message the last twice I've used the site. Must be related to visa verification.

Missed almost all of the first half today, got to turnstile S for MSU and my card went red.

Went to the ticket office, had my card, driving license, text and email confirmations, bank card used to pay for the card and wouldn't give me a reason why it went red, guy dealing with me, kept disappearing to talk with other staff.. eventually got a paper ticket printed just after half past 3.

surely the fan forum should be asking why this is happening, if it’s a suspected tout (which they could easily do working with the stewards in the ground as it’s obvious) then it’s one thing but these ‘random checks’ are causing people to miss a third of the game then unless they start refunding people it’s going to cause huge problems

I've never ever been checked and have never seen anyone being checked. Only been around 15 times though.

its pretty obvious who are in on touted tickets when they get to the stewards asking them where their seat is, if it’s some guy blatantly here for the first time with an ST is an obvious one so the steward can take a note of the seat and get it buzzed next time

Mine is definitely not touting, I've been on membership since they first bought it in what 12 years ago? Over 100+ league games bought.. plus countless cups/friendlies/european games. So assuming it is random but the office wouldn't even tell me the reason when I was asking etc

Seen that story about the dad and lad getting ripped off. Terrible.
